Mountain Lake

The painting is carefully constructed using master techniques.  A multitude of brushes large and small, stiff and soft were used.  Palette knife, fingertips, and wiping cloth are all part of the tools.  Glazes, scumbles, thin and thick paint faithfully produce a beautiful and engaging artwork which demonstrates the truth about mature work.  It is the product of commitment and inspiration.  The textual element of this painting delivers its own pleasure.
